Allahabad High Court to renew operations in full capability from March 1

The Allahabad High Court will be totally operational in a routine method from March 1, 2021. Chief Justice Govind Mathur issued an order on this regard. As per the order, bodily listening to of cases will resume in a routine method from March 1.

All Judges and their supporting workers will attend the High Court in full power. Photo Identification Centre and E-ticket counters will stay open as earlier than. However, the High Court has stored the channel of video conferencing open for now.

It is acknowledged that any one who needs to affix Court proceedings by means of Video Conferencing shall have to ship an electronic mail indicating his/her mobile quantity alongside with case particulars and electronic mail id, with a request for being supplied a Video Conferencing hyperlink to allow him to affix the Court proceedings.

Guidelines problem for advocates

Only these Advocates will be permitted to enter within the High Court by means of E-Pass, whose case(s) are to be taken by the Court on that day.

Gate No. 3, 3A and 5 of the Main Building shall be used for Entry of workers, Advocates and their Clerks.

Gate No. 3B and 4 of the Main Building shall be used for Exit of workers, Advocates and their Clerks. 

Gate No. 9 of the Mediation Centre Building shall be sued for Entry / Exit of workers Advocates and their Clerks.

Litigants will not be permitted to enter the High Court premises besides these showing in-person. 

Lawyers will have to put on black robe and are available to the courtroom.

Not greater than six Advocates will be permitted to stay within the Court Room at any given time.

Maintaining social distancing and carrying masks will be obligatory

Spitting after consuming pan, gutkha will be punishable.
