A Russian police officer has been sacked on corruption prices. Police Colonel Alexey Safonov of Russia’s Stavropol area is accused of operating a mafia gang alongside with 35 of his officers and has been arrested on suspicion of taking bribe. Russia’s investigative committee has arrested Safonov within the southern area of Stavropol, alongside with six other people. Meanwhile, photos of the officer’s luxurious home have surfaced and gold is seen all over the home.
The rest room of Safonov’s home has been lavishly embellished and the bathroom seat is manufactured from gold.
According to a DailyMail report, 45-year-old Alexey Safonov allegedly extorted from motorists and took bribes. He led a felony gang that issued permits to grain cargo transporters in change for bribes. Safonov has spent some huge cash within the lavatory and it has many lavish gadgets together with baroque mirrors, double-ended tub gear and a toilet chandelier.
The anti-corruption investigators have launched photographs of Alexey Safonov’s home. Safonov’s luxurious bed room options gilt wallpaper, heavy curtains and an opulent mattress.
Apart from the toilet and bed room, there’s gold art work within the kitchen as properly. The kitchen includes a chandelier with marble flooring and a gold-patterned wardrobe.
