All the district collectors, District Education Officers and Civil Supplies departments officers will take part within the convention. Orders for the implementation of the required tips and motion plan will be issued.

The CM stated that this determination was taken on a humanitarian consideration and it could assist 1.50 lakh lecturers and workers working within the recognised personal instructional establishments within the State.
